The standard parts manufacturer Strack Norma is continuously expanding its product portfolio to meet the needs of its customers. The latest highlight is the introduction of the new SN2811 gas strut series, which complements the already comprehensive range of gas struts.

The new line of SN2811 gas struts from Starck Norma successfully combines safety features with high running performance. Thanks to a design finesse, however, they also offer increased spring force with the same installation diameter compared to other gas struts with a two-chamber system. The series merges the advantages of two different design principles: the single-chamber system (high forces at lower lifting speed) and the design with two communicating chambers (lower forces at high lifting speed). The new SN2811 gas struts are now available in six sizes from 500 daN to 3000 daN and offer the optimum solution for a wide range of applications with small installation diameters and increased forces.
