The advantages of Cleannalyzer, according to DHS, include quicker and more precise scanning of filters, faster data transmission and improved image quality thanks to its light-sensitive, low-noise camera sensor.

Another system on show will be the Easy-Controller. Also newly developed, it is a compact, optical inverse system for rapid checking of samples directly in production. With an integrated digital camera and LED ring light in a stainless steel housing, it comes in four device versions with fixed focal lengths for different component composition and requirements. Here, production components or samples are placed directly on the glass pane and the inspection or measurements can be initiated, without the need for the sample to be focused.

A new software module for image processing is DNS' weld-seam measurement system. It evaluates welded joints and supports DIN EN ISO 5817. Moreover, it has measuring functions for surface irregularities, seam geometry and internal irregularities of welded joints. It also tests procedures performed during production to streamline them as it has reproducible measurement profiles that have been created for all inspections and components. The direct evaluation during the test procedure is also possible as it displays tolerance deviations.

The company is in hall 5, booth 5109.
