Methacrylate manufacturer Röhm is set to showcase the versatility and sustainable design potential of its Plexiglas PMMA moulding compounds at Fakuma 2024. Under the theme “Plexiglas makes your design shine. Every day”, the company will highlight the extensive application possibilities of its high-quality, durable, and recyclable Plexiglas materials. The company will present a range of exhibits from various market segments, including automotive design, lighting, kitchen appliances and medical technology, to demonstrate the compounds' versatility and innovative applications.

Röhm's portfolio features both standard and specialty moulding compounds designed to meet specific customer needs and sector trends. Notably, the Plexiglas Pro Terra range, introduced at Fakuma 2023, continues to gain traction for its sustainability credentials. Plexiglas Pro Terra M5, which contains 30 percent mechanically recycled PMMA, has already been selected by a leading luminaire manufacturer for a successful application study, underlining its capability to combine a reduced carbon footprint with excellent performance.
