MEX 2017 Quality, technical know-how and good customer relations
Pakulla’s offerings include the manufacture of plastic tools and 2-component tools for surface parts, which it says come with precision.
The company believes in technical expertise and places importance on good customer relationship. It uses CAD and CAM systems from design through to planning and that each new tool is designed down to the smallest detail with the die cast simulation program CAD Mould 3D-F, Pakulla notes.
Around sixty employees are said to provide high efficiency, from digital preparation to automated work processes and high-quality manual work. A central finishing unit comprises the linear robot Chameleon that enables fully automatic processes through the coupling of the vertical eroding and milling machines.
According to the company, its die cast machine is conceptualised and manufactured as per the requirements of the customer. The manufacture of injection-moulded tools are also developed through several plastic components.
One advantage for the customer is the collection of samples of surface parts, including even the manufacture of pilot runs, to guarantee that every product corresponds to the desired requirements, the company claims. An example is the surface parts used in the interiors and exteriors of cars. And, after the inspection of these samples is the die cast tool then ready for mass production.
The company will be presenting its offerings at the Moulding Expo in hall 6, booth A19.
