Progressive Components has strengthened its Asset Management ecosystem with the launch of the CVe Monitor AC (Access), expanding its digital tooling portfolio for smarter, data-driven injection moulding operations.

The newly introduced CVe Monitor AC (Access) enables users to track tool activity, allowing them to view the tool’s cycle count directly on the display. Through a Bluetooth connection and the Profile app, key performance indicators can also be downloaded and uploaded to the cloud for centralized data management.

Designed as an accessible introduction to digital asset management, the CVe Monitor AC provides essential performance insights without the need for additional equipment or wires. It supports detailed reporting on cycle times, maintenance intervals, and efficiency, helping identify underperforming tools and potential improvement areas.

The system also facilitates proactive maintenance by scheduling service activities and generating compliance documentation to extend tool life and reduce downtime.
