Hasco offers various hoses for the demanding application in injection moulding tools. They come in two distinct colours for heating and cooling lines.

The new, highly flexible, multi-layer Hasco PFA high-temperature hose Z8560/... made of perfluoroalkoxy copolymer (PFA) is protected by a hard silicone sheathing. The fluoroplastic has outstanding resistance to virtually all chemicals and can be used for mould temperature control with media such as water, steam, oil and air, according to Hasco.

The ready-made PFA high-temperature hoses, in versions with 9 mm diameter (M14x1.4 and G1/4 connection) and 13 mm diameter (M16x1.4 and G3/8 connection), are designed for operating pressures of up to 60/65 bar and media temperatures up to +200 °C. In addition to the standard lengths of 300 to 2,500 mm, other customised lengths are also available on request.
