Cast Forge will present the complete value-added chain, from cast or forging blanks and mechanical processing right up to final components.

The trade fair, which has attracted 130 exhibitors, both national and international (64% from abroad), will focus on castings, produced with mechanical and manually-moulded sand casting processes, as well as drop forgings, open-die forgings, rolled rings and warm extruded components, the organisers say. Companies specialising in processing, for e.g., lathe turning, milling, grinding, cleaning, coating or galvanising of castings and forgings will also be present. Other exhibitors include service providers who assemble modules, procure third-party components and handle all logistics tasks, in addition to experts from scientific facilities, research institutes, trade associations and networks.

The Cast Forge ticket also provides one free admission to all parallel events taking place concurrently at Messe Stuttgart, namely, the Global Automotive Components and Suppliers Expo, Engine Expo, Automotive Interiors Expo, Automotive Testing Expo, Surface Technology Germany and Lasys, International Trade fair for Laser Material Processing.
