The unit is compact, easily manoeuvred between tasks or stored, and is available as 110 or 240-V units. It is offered with either a 2 or 3-m self-supporting extraction arm, with the option of an integrated spotlight, to enable fumes to be captured at the source. For applications where substantial sparks are generated, these arms can be provided with a hood mounted spark-protection device to reduce fire potential in the unit.

A showcase for the international tool & mould industry

The filter-cart has a 0.75 kW fan motor and provides up to 1050 m3/h of fume extraction through its 160 mm diameter arm, the company says. The filter element in the unit allows cleaned air to be re-discharged into the workplace. A H13 Hepa filter is a further option to provide particulate filtration or a carbon filter to remove some solvents or vapours. A C20 power cable reel offered free with the filter-cart, is a promotion from now till end August 2015.
