According to Jobs, high dynamics high and chip removal rates are ensured by the crossbeam structure with the multi-triangular section “MT-frame”. High acceleration and speeds (up to 32 m/min) are said to be achieved through innovative mechanics and kinematics. The machine is suitable for large-size components and dies, particularly those requiring both high material removal rates and high-speed finishing, Jobs says. The milling centre can be equipped with an automatic head changer and can work with a large range of mechanically-driven milling heads and universal heads (power up to 44 kW, 5000 rpm). 5-axis heads with 12,000 or 20,000 rpm electro-spindle can also be mounted.
