The MIL 409 press from Millutensil marks a significant advancement in the mould-testing press sector. Designed for testing large Giga (Tesla-type) moulds, the MIL 409 offers high standards of safety and precision. Its advantages are attributed to its innovative design and a patented technical solution that allows the upper platen to tilt up to 180 degrees, facilitating the handling of moulds weighing up to 160 tons. This feature positions Millutensil as a leader in the Giga mould market.

Millutensil has also introduced the Youmil 3525, a press that combines die tryout and pre-series production functions. Its name reflects its customization to customer needs, while its technical design — featuring four uprights, movement of the upper platen by worm screws, and a closing system with five hydraulic cylinders — allows a closing force of up to 2,000 tons. This press's high clamping force and automatic cycle programming make it suitable for pre-series or small series stamping, reducing the need for more expensive production presses and optimizing time and investment costs.
