Expanding its cleanroom moulding capacity in Europe, MGS has acquired Denmark-based Knudsen Plast A/S. The move strengthens regional supply chains and enhances support for pharma, diagnostics and Medtech customers across Central and Eastern Europe.

MGS, a global healthcare Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), announced the acquisition of Knudsen Plast, a Denmark-based injection moulder with more than 40 years of dedicated healthcare manufacturing experience.

With operations in both Denmark and Slovakia, the acquisition of Knudsen Plast enhances MGS’ ability to support customer needs across Europe with expanded cleanroom capacity, deep injection moulding expertise and greater proximity to fast-growing regional supply chains.
