Standard parts manufacturer Meusburger has updated its online portal to include a range of new features aimed at streamlining user experience and improving overall efficiency. The portal is now available around the clock in up to 20 languages and has been designed for straightforward navigation and practical functionality.

One of the key updates is the improved search and filter function, which allows users to more easily locate products and orders. Shopping carts and parts lists are saved automatically, helping to simplify project workflows. These lists can also be shared as needed. The portal is optimized for mobile devices, making it accessible directly from the workshop via smartphone or tablet.

A dedicated support section provides access to helpful resources and information. Users can also reach out via several contact forms, and logged-in customers can view their assigned contacts and field engineers.

The updated portal features a user-friendly interface and a clear layout, with tools such as wizards and configurators that support a variety of design needs. The product detail pages include selection aids tailored to industry requirements. Logged-in users can view net prices immediately and now have the option to export CAD data directly from product pages, without adding items to the cart or parts list. The process for configuring and downloading models has also been simplified.

The “My Account” section offers access to order data and documents, with tools for managing purchases efficiently. Nearly 100,000 items are available through the web shop, and orders can be placed either individually or in bulk using Excel or MEU files. The system suggests compatible items based on input data and offers various shipping options, including the ability to select preferred delivery dates and addresses.

Post-order, users can quickly access relevant documents, track orders, and manage returns. Quotations can also be placed directly or requested again.
