Company News Melanie Fritsch joins Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau
The trained editor supports the cooperative’s board of directors, consisting of Benedikt Ruf (Gindumac GmbH), Dr. Claus Hornig (Claho GmbH), Jens Lüdtke (Tebis AG) and Prof. Thomas Seul (VDWF e.V.).
As a long-time editor for the industry magazine Werkzeug&Formenbau, the 27-year-old dealt in detail with the technical, organisational, and also economic topics that move the industry. Melanie Fritsch explains: “If one thing has become clear in my research in recent years, it is that all entrepreneurs are confronted with enormous competitive and cost pressures. Each of them is struggling to keep their heads above water in the long term. Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau is dedicated to this topic and has developed a concept on a cooperative basis in which every company in the industry can contribute to securing the future: on the one hand the future viability of their own company and on the other hand that of the entire tool, model and mould making industry in the German-speaking world. I am convinced of this concept. And that is why it is a matter close to my heart to anchor the initiative even more firmly in the companies of the industry with my expertise and together with my colleagues.”
