Event Mach-Tech and Industry Days
Hungary – The event will take place at the Hungexpo Budapest Fair Center from 9-12 May 2017. Global brands, market leaders, small and medium-sized enterprises, companies active in several fields of industry will come together at the show.
Hungary’s comprehensive industrial event will take place with a full house. Almost all branches of the industry will be represented under one roof. Exhibitors as well as visitors will be given first-hand information about the trends of the trade and will be able to exploit the synergies among the branches of industry.
According to the organisers, pavilion A, the largest at the fair, has been fully booked and pavilion G, through which visitors will enter, still has space available. More than 350 exhibitors from 14 countries have already booked to occupy several thousand square meters.
Exhibitors include ABB, Balluff, Bartec Beck & Politzer, BLM-Group, Chetra, DMG Mori, Endrich, EPL-Tech, Grantool, Gruber, Hahn & Kolb, Helvet, Hoffmann, Kuka, Mazak, Mitsubishi, NCT, PH Horn, Renishaw, Siemens, Trumpf and Wedco.
The trade partner of the exhibition, the German-Hungarian Industrial and Trade Chamber, will organise a national-group representation as well.
Taking into consideration the interests and demand of the exhibitors as well as international trends, the organisers plan to introduce novelties to serve a more successful participation and the comfort of the exhibitors and partners – with a new layout of the pavilions, the location of individual themes will be more concentrated for better transparency and closer industrial synergies. This will help visitors reach all exhibitors within the given industry branch.
Industry 4.0 – a topic in the spotlight
Industry 4.0, a trend of peak importance of today's technology, will be the topic of focus at this event and will offer complex solutions for SMEs as well as the bigger companies.
Exhibitors will be able to showcase capabilities offered by industry 4.0: development trends in automation and industrial electronics; smart machines that communicate with each-other (M2M); self adjusting manufacturing processes and the extraordinarily effective mass production.

Apart from the broad spectrum of the exhibits, several programmes of interest will be offered: Iscar will organise a customers’ meet-up during the fair; MHtE, the Hungarian Association of Welding Technology and Material Testing will invite visitors to a public conference for the evaluation of International Welding Projects as well as a welding competition; Emosz, the National Alliance of Private Entrepreneurs in the Electric Industry, will hold a series of lectures on CE-marking of various machines; A suppliers’ forum will be held this year with the collaboration of Majosz, the Association of Hungarian Automotive Component Manufacturers; students' work from technical institutions will be on show at the GTE-Autopro Tech-together area.
