Luvoprint materials are designed for the production of components, moulds, devices and holders in a wide range of applications. These include, for example, materials for moulds that cure composite materials in autoclaves at high temperatures and pressures.

The Luvoprint portfolio currently includes grades based on

  • eco PC/ABS – properties: dimensional stability, processability, low carbon footprint,
  • eco PA6 – properties: high impact resistance, increased abrasion and wear resistance, low carbon footprint,
  • eco PPS – properties: flame retardant, high chemical resistance, low carbon footprint and
  • PESU – properties: flame retardant, high mechanical strength, thermal stability.

The materials have been specially developed for the printing process. Since the transition from traditional manufacturing processes to 3D printing can be challenging, Lehvoss provides support in this process. With its solutions from the material to the end product, the company aims to make the costs of 3D printing more efficient in series production. They also want to ensure reproducibility.

According to the manufacturer, Luvoprint has been extensively tested on the most common industrial printing machines. The performance data and printing settings are available from Lehvoss and partners.
