Krauss Maffei is preparing a leadership transition in North America: Brett Greenhalgh will retire as President of Krauss Maffei Corporation at the end of May 2026, with current Vice President John Fini taking over on June 1. The internal handover is designed to ensure continuity for customers and build on the company’s existing transatlantic collaboration.

Brett Greenhalgh will step down at the end of May 2026 due to retirement, concluding his tenure as President of the U.S. subsidiary Krauss Maffei Corporation (KMC). He will leave the industry and the United States for the next three years to join his wife in dedicating themselves to a church mission project that is especially meaningful to him.

Greenhalgh, who has led KMC with steady guidance, has been a defining leadership figure within Krauss Maffei over the past two years. He played a key role in preparing the US organization for the future by developing John Fini as a strong internal successor who could step into his role with continuity and a deep understanding of the business.

John Fini, currently Vice President Digital Solutions and Service North America and a member of the Krauss Maffei Corporation leadership team since 2022, will assume the role of President of KMC on June 1st, 2026.

Prior to joining Krauss Maffei in 2022, Fini built a track record of improving operational performance across manufacturing sites in Georgia, Florida, Texas and Los Angeles at Rehrig Pacific Company, a California based family-owned plastics manufacturing company and longtime customer of Krauss Maffei. Originally from New York, John Fini holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UNC Charlotte in North Carolina.
