At Fakuma 2023, Nonnenmann presented a new tool trolley for the tool making and injection moulding industry. The No-Workbench is a clever solution for process optimisation in the everyday life of mould makers, injection moulders, maintenance personnel, setters and other industry specialists.

The new No-Workbench tool trolley from Nonnenmann offers a wide range of tools and other accessories, specially adapted to the requirements and needs of the tool and mould making industry. It has been designed to make it easier, more effective and faster for users to carry out predictive and needs-based maintenance tasks.

The equipment of the tool trolley is focused on the tasks and needs in the areas of tool maintenance, new tool construction, injection moulding production, maintenance and mould construction. “The new tool trolley embodies one of our key corporate principles — simplification — we want to make our customers' daily work easier”, explains Managing Director Volker Nonnenmann. “The right tool, at the right time, in the right place — that was the motivation for the development of the No-Workbench”, adds Nonnenmann. The tool trolley is the solution for process optimisation for an optimal workflow in production, at the workbench or machine — long search times, unnecessary work interruptions and delays are thus avoided. This in turn increases effectiveness and leads to time and cost advantages for the entire company - from toolmaking to maintenance to production, there is consequently less downtime.

The high-quality tools and accessory components are placed in individual compartments in each drawer, which provides a good overview and safe storage of all parts. For the basic equipment, the tool trolley has already been adapted to the industry requirements and needs and designed with a large selection of specific tools and accessories required for this purpose. These include: Leak tester, flow meter, rotary impact spanner, impact drill, calipers, pliers, assembly levers, hammer, wire brushes, hexagonal angle screwdrivers, reversible ratchets with various inserts, screwdrivers, combination spanners and other miscellaneous accessories. The insert sets and tools can also be individually designed and equipped on request according to the customer's needs/requirements.

The robust tool trolley with a total load capacity of 260 kg is equipped with eight fully extendable drawers with individual locking. Thanks to the ergonomic working height of 1013 mm, the trolley can also be used as a mobile workbench. High stability and central locking ensure maximum working safety in daily use. The handle and the two swivel castors with brakes allow safe and flexible manoeuvring. The dimensions of 482 mm width and 722 mm length offer sufficient storage space, yet the tool trolley remains compact in its footprint. The convenient design is complemented by clever practical highlights such as a cleaning paper roll holder, waste bin, can compartment and document holder.
