Technology company Husky is marking 25 years of investment in India with a major presence at Plastindia 2026. The company is exhibiting from February 5–10 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, in Hall 5G, Booth A19.

Building on a quarter century of local investment, Husky is showcasing new technologies designed to help Indian manufacturers achieve higher standards of safety, affordability and sustainability. Since entering the market in 1995 with its first system sale, the company has developed an extensive regional network that includes a sales and service office established in 2001, a manufacturing facility in Chennai opened in 2011, and a new Delhi office launched in 2025. This infrastructure also includes a regional monitoring hub, service center, packaging development lab, parts distribution center and learning academy, all focused on providing local service and technical support.

“India is one of our most strategic markets worldwide, and our presence at Plastindia 2026 reflects the meaningful progress of our long-standing commitment to supporting the region’s rise as a global manufacturing leader,” said Bradley Selleck, Husky’s CEO. “We’ve made significant investments to expand local capabilities and have plans to further strengthen our footprint as we continue enabling our customers’ growth in this dynamic market. By developing solutions that strive to deliver reduced conversion costs alongside the highest standards of quality and recyclability, we’re empowering local brands and producers to grow responsibly while advancing a more circular future.”

At Plastindia 2026, Husky is demonstrating technologies aimed at helping Indian producers meet growing demand for efficient, sustainable packaging. These include the Hypet 6e and Hypet NX6 PET preform molding systems with advanced recycled PET processing capabilities, as well as the Hylectric 6 and Hyper Sync packaging platforms designed for improved productivity, versatility and ease of use. The company is also featuring the Hycap Secure+ PET closure solution, which supports lightweight, tethered, mono-material package designs; the Advantage+Elite™ real-time monitoring system for optimizing equipment efficiency; precision hot runner and controller technologies; and medical molding solutions serving parenteral, diagnostics and laboratory applications.

“As we reflect on our journey in India, we are proud to have collaborated with many of the country’s most dynamic and fast-growing brands and producers. India remains one of the world’s most vibrant packaging markets, and we are committed to supporting our customers as they continue to harness this momentum,” said Wassim Labban, Husky’s Vice President, Systems and Tooling, EEMEIA, SEA, ANZ. “Looking ahead, we will continue delivering the right combination of innovative technologies, packaging design expertise, and proactive services to help our customers meet unique regional needs while driving greater affordability, efficiency, and productivity.”

Husky representatives are available in Hall 5G, Booth A19, to discuss how the company’s integrated systems, connected services and local support can help manufacturers reach their production and sustainability goals.
