Germany – Digitisation is everywhere and it is gaining speed. But for many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the digital transformation is still a long road ahead. To support these SMEs, Cebit offers a "Digital Road Map", a guide on how to achieve digital transformation.
SMEs who do not chart a course to develop and implement their digitisation strategies stand to lose market share and face an insecure future. According to Deutsche Messe, Cebit wants to support these SMEs by providing them with a detailed "Road Map".
Produced in A4 format, the brochure presents a series of milestones for checking a company’s progress as well as a map of CeBIT exhibitors dedicated to supporting and advising SMEs on how to achieve their digital goals. The Cebit Digital Road Map was created with the help of publishing and consulting enterprise G+F.
The Digital Road Map is designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises undertake the steps toward digital transformation in an ideal way. This process however cannot take place overnight - a successful digital transformation always requires an extended period of time. The Road Map helps companies see exactly where the journey begins. It queries them on 10 different factors, allowing entrepreneurs to know right from the start where they stand and the next steps that are needed.
The brochure also includes an exhibition map for Cebit visitors, with an overview of the stands where more than 40 exhibitors who are involved in supporting the digital transformation of SMEs can be looked up.
