Synventive Hot runner supplier adds service partner for N. Europe

Synventive Molding Solutions has announced that Motala, Sweden-based toolmaker Verktygsmekano will be its exclusive service provider in Northern Europe.

German shop’s 7-component tool said to be world’s first

Synventive said its partner, one of Sweden’s leading shops making and servicing moulding tools, is providing all technical services as well as installation, maintenance and adjustment for its hot runner systems in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia and Estonia. This includes handling the Synventive spare part service, which will provide customers with a quick source for hot runner parts and a fast response should trouble-shooting be required, Synventive predicted.

Kai Irlenborn, Synventive’s representative for Scandinavia, and Niclas Estlander, Verktygsmekano’s managing director classified the agreement as a win-win for both companies, and customers in the regions served. In a joint statement, the partners said: “Synventive can rely on decades of experience with modern, cutting-edge know-how in tooling technology. Verktygsmekano is a strong partner with global networks, especially in the automotive industry and high quality hot runner systems and technologies. Last but not least, customers will get an efficient and qualified service from one single source for both moulding tools and hot runner systems.”
