Hasco Hasenclever Hot and cold cooling circuits easily identified

Germany – Hasco has upgraded its Push-Lok cooling system in order to help operators to reduce the time taken for mould changeovers.

The company said it has focused on easy and rapid identification of cold and hot cooling circuits as having a significant role and has upgraded its system in order to achieve it. New Z8080 PL marking rings and a further variant of the Z858 PL system hoses used in the Hasco Push-Lok system, in blue and red colours, mean that the inflow and outflow lines to the mould can be readily recognised Hasco said. This is then said to reduce the risk of confusion when the mould is being connected up. Marking rings are also available in yellow for other purposes.

Sharing knowledge

The system facilitates the completion of rapid repairs out directly at the workbench by eliminating the need for additional accessories, such as hose clips, the supplier noted.
