The Push-Lok system Ø5, available exclusively from Hasco, has been designed to further improve mould temperature control. It was developed specifically for delicate mould areas where maximum efficiency and process reliability are required. Due to its innovative connection technology, users benefit from easy handling, quick installation, and a significant reduction in sources of error, the company states. The colour-coded inlets and outlets ensure clear differentiation, therefore ensuring clarity and safety in daily use.

At the same time, the proven cooling system Ø5 has also been further expanded. It combines maximum functionality with minimum space requirements and opens up new possibilities for modern mould concepts. Specially designed for cooling slides and small mould inserts, it is ideal for very confined spaces where conventional systems cannot be used. The robust design, maximum tightness, and optimised temperature control ensure consistent production conditions and increase safety throughout the entire manufacturing process.
