The well-proven HASCO modular system with its P-plates machined on all sides and the precisely drilled K-plates complies with all the demands of modern mouldmaking.

The consistent, demand-oriented further development of the HASCO plate range offers an optimum combination of simplicity, precision and availability, and thus enables even greater economic efficiency.

Through the addition to the range of around 2,000 variants of undrilled P-plates and drilled     K-plates, standardisation is once again driven forward, and at the same time the degree of flexibility in mouldmaking is increased.

HASCO's P and K-plates are machined on all sides and can be combined on a modular basis for the time and cost-saving development and manufacture of injection moulding tools. They stand out with their precision and high surface quality. All plates are made of low-stress European quality steel. HASCO customers benefit not only from maximum plane-parallelism, but also from further tolerances that are coordinated to the modern manufacturing techniques in mouldmaking.

The K mould units are noted for both their modular structure and their diversity through the existing system drill holes. These are either designed to nominal size for direct use or provided with an allowance for subsequent heat treatment.

In addition to precision and quality of the pates, HASCO attaches particular importance to the maximum availability and minimum delivery times. Several thousand low-stress annealed plates are always available ex stock.
