HASCO cable range extended
Alongside the long-established premium cables that meet the high-quality HASCO standard to DIN 16765, HASCO hot runner is now offering further cables in the industry standard.
While the premium cable H1225/… continues to be very popular, HASCO customers can, with immediate effect, also obtain standard cables with a wider selection of wiring standards and cable lengths.
H1225/… is designed to guarantee maximum control accuracy. It combines the best possible screening of the thermocouple wires from external interference, with wiring that conforms to the DIN 16765 standard and a continuous control section of Fe/CuNi. The robust silicone sheath prevents chemical attack and mechanical abrasion.
With the addition of standard cable H12251/… to the range, it is now possible to choose two different lengths (3 m or 6 m) from four different wiring standards. The resistant PVC covering and the shield inside around the thermocouple wiring prevent electromagnetic interference and also make these new cables a long-lasting guarantee for reliable production.
There is now a choice in the standard segment between the wiring options Type 1 = HASCO Standard, Type 2 = power and thermocouple separate in 24-pole, Type 3 = cable with Euromap 14 wiring, power and thermocouple separate in 16-pole, and Type 4 = alternating power and thermocouple.
The extended range of standard cables is rounded off by an extremely favourable cost/benefit ratio.
