Flat guide Z1860/..., DLC coated - Lubricant-free guidance
When undercuts are demoulded, or if there are recesses in components in injection moulds, use is made of slides or movable cores.
HASCO offers the new DLC coated flat guide Z1860/... for the lubricant-free guidance of these elements.
The DLC coating means that no lubrication grooves are required, which efficiently prevents contamination. Therefore, the new DLC flat guides are eminently suitable for use in cleanrooms.
The flat guides Z1860/... are precision-manufactured with a particularly fine surface finish and an exact thickness tolerance. The guides are mounted in the mould using socket head cap screws Z32/... .
