Handtmann A-Punkt German machine tool maker adds customer support units
The new divisions cover a range of areas.
Handtmann A-Punkt, a supplier of high-speed milling centres, said it has further expanded operations to include a Service Support Team for customer problems, enquiries and on-the-spot service.
An Implementation Team has been created for both machine implementation and professional training, the company said. It added that an After-Sales Helpdesk to field questions on service products and agreements, maintenance contracts and machinery rebuilding was created last year.
