Frigel, a global solutions provider for cooling and temperature control applications, serves over 10,000 customers worldwide. Their solutions emphasise highly efficient mould cooling technologies, which enhance productivity, alongside energy and water-saving features that reduce operating costs. Frigel’s latest innovations include the new Turbogel B4, a next-generation Mould Temperature Control Unit (TCU) designed for injection moulding and packaging applications. This unit is engineered to reduce cycle times and increase productivity by up to 40 percent. The Microgel RSY, another new product, features patented Syncro Variotherm Technology, enabling significant productivity gains — up to 60 percent — in high-quality technical moulding. Additionally, Frigel has introduced the Ecodry Adiabatic Cooler 4DK, which replaces traditional cooling tower technology with centralised closed-circuit cooling systems, as well as the 3PR 4.0 control system, which provides complete real-time control of the cooling system’s parameters and functions.

Other noteworthy products include the Thermogel TDK Series, designed for high-precision single-zone pressurised water temperature control, and the Microgel RSM/RSD, which offers an improved mechanical design, enhanced reliability, and powerful pumps for precise temperature control up to 90°C. These units aim to boost performance and product quality while minimising cooling time.

The Turbogel B4 series, described as the “Profit Booster TCU”, is a new generation of Mould Temperature Control Units specifically designed to reduce cooling times, offering increased productivity and profitability with a rapid return on investment. Available in both single and dual-zone configurations, the units feature high-performance booster pumps, modulating cooling valves, and heating elements for improved efficiency.

The Microgel Syncro RSY represents a major advancement in technical injection moulding. Its patented Syncro Variotherm Technology synchronises cooling with the moulding process, using chilled water only during the cooling phase to reduce cycle time by up to 60 percent, while maintaining product quality. The system is compatible with existing moulds and requires no modifications, making it straightforward to implement.
