Warwick Machine Tools, which sells EDM units from Excetek and ONA, has announced that it recently joined other leading engineering and manufacturing companies as part of the UK’s Made in the Midlands cluster (MIM).

Warwick said the cluster supports and promotes the interests of the manufacturing and engineering community in the Midlands area–the birthplace of the industrial revolution. The organisation was set up to further the privately owned firms in the area by championing their successes and facilitating contact with peers.

MIM reportedly represents some 260 companies with a combined turnover of over £1.8 billion (€2.2 billion).
