Strack Norma's new Z5265 digital counter has an eight-digit display and is able to count up to 100 million.
According to the leading standard part supplier, the Z5265 is suitable for high-frequency punching applications and high-speed injection moulds in mechanical engineering and automation technology. Users can detect and monitor high stroke frequencies of up to 1.000 strokes per minute.
Other technical features include the counter being able to observe maintenance plans. It can also be operated with Strack Norma's mechanical limit switches Z76xx. The digital counter has a magnetic sensor and is contact and wear-free with a built-in lithium battery of type CR123A 3V. The ambient temperature of the counter is between -10 to 40°C, while that of the sensor is between -10 to 75°C. Its retaining plate for the sensor is bendable and it comes in a robust aluminium housing.
