Inovatools Cutting tool technology stops HPC vibrations
For the efficient HPC milling of steel and INOX, Inovatools said it will unveil the new Vibcut technology.
According to the supplier, this new technology has succeeded in literally revolutionizing the milling process in various applications. The reason is that the vibrations are now almost completely absorbed directly at their point of origin during the cutting process under full-cut conditions both in extreme depths and for small lateral infeeds.
The company noted that the tools offer removal rates up to 50% higher compared to conventional equipment. In addition, they provide long tool life and allow for roughing and finishing with one tool.
The supplier is also presenting its Diamond Edition for the economical cutting of abrasive or difficult-to-cut materials in mold and die production.
Another EMO highlight will be the third generation of the Starmax series of solid carbide mills, the company added.
