We have specialized in the release of small and medium undercuts even if they are simple, double or round. The customer can select from angled solutions, to flexible parts to minimize the space needed in the mold or to completely mechanical solutions working 90º from the parting line. The latest products introduced on the market also cover big undercuts (up to 26mm.), with solutions that helps to reduce mold dimensions, as they do not need two sets of ejection plates. Solutions for cooling the inserts also available, which help to reduce the cycle time of the mold and therefore increase the production. Special solutions are available under request.
