VACUUM
Many factors need to be taken into consideration to achieve a good quality plastic part in injection moulding.
However, one of the big factors that is rarely given enough importance, is the AIR. By reducing the high pressures created by compressed air trapped in the cavity, we can obtain many benefits, such as; reduced cycle time: the plastic can flow freely through the cavity, therefore reducing the injection temperature. Improved visual appearance of the part (without sink marks or burn marks), and an improved mechanical resistance to the plastic part as there will be no holes or air bubbles that weaken it. With CUMSA’s Vacuumjet System, find quick results!!
