The Mold Smart Award is given to injection molding organisations that demonstrate a significant commitment to product quality improvement, workforce development and sustainable practices by employing RJG's technological and training solutions. For this cycle, awards were presented in both North America and Latin America.

Comar has been utilising RJG technologies since 2020, adopting these tools across its operations to standardise processes and incorporate training into their employee development programs. This strategy has led to increased product consistency, enhanced customer trust and a more skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

The partnership between Comar and RJG has facilitated notable advancements in Comar's moulding operations, including reduced defect rates, optimised cycle times and increased operational efficiency. These achievements have contributed to a significant return on investment for Comar, estimated at 650 percent annually.
