CGTech CGTech opens new office in Moscow
CGTech, which has its corporate headquarters in Irvine, California, has just announced its expansion with a new subsidiary in Russia.
The developer of Vericut CNC simulation, verification and optimisation software said the office in Russia, headquartered in Moscow, will be responsible for marketing, sales, technical support and reseller support throughout Russia.
Located at White Stone Business Park, Lesnoy Pereulok 4, the subsidiary will first have one sales engineer and one technical support eingineer. Additional technical support will be provided by the UK team, CGTech says.
“CGTech is committed to customer success around the world, as demonstrated by our continued investment in local offices for direct sales and support,” said Tony Shrewsbury, managing director at UK-based CGTech Ltd. “This office is a real benefit for our Russian customers. It strengthens our position as the worldwide leader in NC simulation, verification and optimisation technologies,” Shrewsbury added.
Shrewbury will join the Russian team at Metalloobrabotka 2018, which will take place at the Expocentre, Moscow from 14-18 May. At CGTech's booth (81B20), the company will showcase its latest version of Vericut and naturally introduce the new team to the customers.
CGTech also recently announced plans to expand and restructure its UK operation with the appointment of two new UK-based sales engineers. Shrewsbury noted that further appointments in the UK on the expansion of the company's technical support team will also be announced soon.
