Asco Carbon Dioxide LTD has introduced the Evo-Series, which features a newly developed hydraulic unit and an improved housing design. These enhancements help lower the operating noise level to an average of 65 dB(A), contributing to advancements in dry ice production. In addition, a light signal column integrated for the first time for easy status checking of the pelletizer and optimized software increase user-friendliness.

Due to the newly designed hydraulic unit and the optimally closed housing, the Evo-Series reduces the noise level by over 20 percent compared to the predecessor model to an average of 65 dB(A). This significantly improves working conditions by minimizing the noise level at the workplace.

The Evo-Series features advanced technology for simple and efficient operation. A new quick lock system on the pelletizers facilitates access for maintenance and enables quick and easy handling. The innovative Smart Signal combines a four-colour signal light with an integrated warning light, which makes it possible to quickly and clearly identify the current operating status from a distance. The standardized colour scheme clearly indicates whether the machine is in production, ready for operation or in a fault or prompt mode.

This is complemented by intuitive software with a user-friendly interface. A clear structure and simple controls on the touch panel help the operator to adjust production capacities precisely and flexibly. Frequently used production quantities can be conveniently saved as favorites and called up via a quick selection function. Additional functions and machine combinations can also be easily configured via predefined interfaces. This combination of visual feedback from the Smart Signal and intuitive control ensures an optimum user experience.

The new standard will also be extended to other Asco dry ice production machines in the future.
