Arburg will introduce the Allrounder 720 E Golden Electric, an electric injection moulding machine with 2,800 kN clamping force, at Fakuma 2024. Designed for high precision and process stability, the machine features a slim design, reduced installation area, and lower investment costs. It offers flexibility for various industries, including technical injection moulding, and supports applications such as electromobility, medical technology and household goods.

The machine’s compact design allows for increased output per square metre, while advanced technology ensures reliable plastic parts production. Equipped with Arburg's Selogica ND control system, the machine supports flexible automation and can be integrated with robotic systems. At the event, the Allrounder 720 E will demonstrate the production of 24 PP razor covers in 11.5 seconds using a 24-cavity mould.

Additionally, Arburg's smart communication system enables predictive maintenance, with real-time monitoring of mould performance and sensor data. This feature helps users identify process anomalies and improve operational efficiency.
