On the 30th of May, Meusburger launched its new portal www.meusburger.com. The clever combination of the web site and the new web shop for workshop equipment replaces the former corporate web site. The completely new design with a clear display of all items can now also be accessed via mobile devices. The new filter and search functions help the customers find the products they are looking for with just a few clicks.

Meusburger also produced a video to explain all advantages of the new webshop:

When launching its CD catalogue in 1995, Meusburger already proved to be a pioneer in the field of digitalisation. Today, the new Meusburger portal helps customers reach their goal more quickly: no matter whether they are looking for a product, information or a contact person.

The standard parts manufacturer has enhanced the tried and tested search functions by even more detailed filter and search functions which make it quick and easy to find the appropriate product. Furthermore, additional information such as explanation videos, data sheets or product recommendations has been added on the product detail pages.

As soon as the customer has logged in on the portal, the appropriate contact persons in the headquarters and in the field are displayed. The contact form and individual contact details are available at any time with just one click. In the customer area ‘My account’ customers can create order templates, track the status of deliveries and order trade fair tickets.
