According to the supplier, the unique half-gantry advanced alloy design has its X and Y axis at the same level for better rigidity and accuracy (+/- 2.5µm) for small and medium part CMM inspection.

With a work area of 500 x 400 x 440 mm, the CMM handles high-volume production parts or single-part inspection in smaller manufacturing operations, the company said. The unit comes in manual or CNC configurations, while manual units can be upgraded to CNC at a later date, the supplier said.
