Stratasys Adobe, Stratasys join forces

USA/ Israel– Stratasys has released its Creative Colors Software, powered by the Adobe 3D Color Print Engine, for its Objet Connex 3 3D printing solutions.

According to the company, the software solution combines advanced colour management with a direct design-to-3D print workflow, and is an important step in Stratasys and Adobe’s shared vision of making 3D printing more accessible and easier to use while increasing creativity.

Stratasys Creative Colors Software forms a direct bridge between Adobe Photoshop CC and Objet Connex 3, hence enabling designers to easily 3D print their most imaginative creations without cumbersome 3D printing workflows, Stratsys says. Furthermore, Creative Colors is said to unleash the potential of the Objet Connex 3 for producing models and parts with ultra-realistic results by incorporating multiple gradient colours, patterns, and textures, combined with the 3D printer’s multi-material capabilities,
