Christian Striegel and Frank Daniel will be assuming the position of General Managers as the new dual leadership of Germany-based hot runner manufacturer Incoe International Europe as of 1 August 2017.
While Christian Striegel has been running the Technology and Product Development division for nine years, Frank Daniel has headed the Finance division at Incoe since 2015.
The company says it has been having a continuous path of global growth over many years, thanks to the increase in necessary communication and coordination work between Incoe Europe and other Incoe entities worldwide to match the pace of shifting trends in international markets. Thus, the decision for the set-up of a powerful dual leadership in management as well.
“Laying the tasks of the future into the hands of two people who complement one another outstandingly well, both personally and professionally, had a crucial significance for us,” says Gunnar Gramatzki, who has headed the company for nine years now but is planning a change in his professional career and will be leaving at the end of August. Under his leadership, Incoe International Europe achieved steady growth and expanded its business to new market segments. One highlight was the construction of the new European headquarters in 2014, which took the place of the three long-standing production buildings that enabled a consistent value stream-oriented corporate organisation under one roof.
Eric J. Seres Jr., CEO of Incoe Corporation USA, adds: “In the past years, Gramatzki did an outstanding job and gave valuable strategic input to our company. As Incoe continues to increase efficiency, productivity and responsiveness through higher integration of our global workflow and structure, our common goal is to further strengthen our relationships with both international and domestic customers worldwide.”
